Took a while but had every confidence in the service, service upgraded to 24 hour Royal Mail tracked. Pretty much exact, the grill pan slightly different from current replacement possibly better, I did proceed without picture merely a part number and not an exact science. The oven shelves were 100% correct and took years off the oven!
